I am not dissing mass produced items completely. Well-chosen mass-produced items are fine when mixed in with quirky individual items, but they do lack the instant homely warmth that special treasures give us!
We love collecting and filling our homes with colours, textures and stories! We hunt for treasures wherever and whenever we can, in Charity Shops, Markets, Little Boutiques, Antique Shops, Car boots, Art Exhibitions…
When we find a treasure; a cushion, a jug, a tablecloth, a platter, a chair… it makes us smile every time we use it and helps to turn our houses into our homes.
Best of all, we love to pass them on to loved ones to cherish and enjoy!
